This practice isn’t meant to create insight or fix anything. It won’t suddenly bring answers or clarity. Instead, it offers a quiet doorway into the part of you that remains steady — even when the rest of you feels unsettled. What often emerges is a felt sense of presence, not something to understand or analyze.

The practice is brief (10–15 minutes), repeatable, and designed to meet you where you are, without effort or expectation.
