What You’ll Experience

Grounding Arrival
We begin by slowing down. Breathing. Letting the world fall away so your nervous system can settle.

Nature Connection
Walk, sit, listen, or stretch by the water. Let the land meet you exactly where you are.

Soulful Painting Time
Intuitive creation guided by gentle prompts.
No technique required. No right way. No wrong way.
Just color, texture, curiosity, and presence.

Reflection + Quiet Moments
Time to pause. To feel. To integrate. To simply be.

Supportive Community
Women who come to exhale, not perform.
Real conversation, real stillness, real connection.

What’s Included

Each retreat offers everything you need to relax, express, and create freely—no art experience required.

  • Gentle guidance through each stage of the intuitive painting process

  • Creative techniques for blending color, texture, and movement

  • Encouragement when you feel stuck, helping you reconnect and flow again

  • Painting demonstrations inspired by nature’s forms, faces, and emotions

  • Time and space to create at your own pace, with reflection woven in

Every retreat includes expert instruction, heartfelt support, and the tools to paint from a place of peace rather than pressure.

Who This Is For

This is for you if you’re craving:

  • Peace more than productivity

  • A place to soften and breathe

  • Creativity without comparison

  • Time away from noise and responsibility

  • Space to hear your own voice again

  • Rest, beauty, and quiet companionship

You don’t need painting experience.
You don’t need to feel “creative.”
You just need a desire to come home to yourself.

What to Expect

A peaceful, unhurried retreat
Two spacious days of painting, presence, nature, and ease. We move gently, with time for quiet reflection, creative exploration, and rest.

No art experience needed
This is intuitive painting, not a technical class. You'll be guided, supported, and encouraged to create from feeling, not perfection.

Held outdoors by the pond
Weather permitting, we paint in nature with open sky and trees around us. In the event of rain, storms, or uncomfortable conditions, the retreat will be rescheduled to the following weekend.

A small, intimate group
Circles are kept intentionally small so everyone feels supported, seen, and comfortable.

Come as you are
Messy bun, jeans, cozy sweater, quiet mood, buzzing brain, tired heart… all welcome.
