Attunement Paintings
A mirror and a reminder to look within
When life shifts under you, with a role ending, a relationship changing, or a chapter closing, the old ways of operating can stop working. The strengths that carried you can start to backfire, and you may find yourself walking around lost, unsure who you are.
An attunement painting is a mirror for that moment, and a reminder of what is always present beneath who you were.
What it is
I sit with your energy, in person or from a distance, and paint what arrives. I don’t plan the painting or need to know your story. It begins with your architecture and essence, the design beneath the noise, and then I add what is forming in your field now. It unfolds in layers over several sessions.
How it works
We talk, and you agree to the process. An attunement painting is made only with the consent of the person it’s for.
I paint. You don’t need to do anything but go about your days.
I record the whole process.
You receive the video and a written account when the painting is finished, so you can see how it came through.
The painting follows once the oil has dried enough to travel safely, usually about [3 to 4] weeks later. If you’re local, I’ll hand-deliver it. Otherwise I ship it, insured.

An original oil painting on an 18 x 24 inch canvas. Larger sizes are available, so tell me what you have in mind.

A written account of how it came through
Framing isn’t included, but it can be added.

Questions
Do I need to be there? No. I can attune in person or from a distance.
What if I don’t feel anything? There’s no experience you’re supposed to have. I share what I sense and paint, and you decide what, if anything, it means.
How long does it take? The painting takes about 3 weeks across several sessions, and you’ll receive the video and written account when it’s finished. Oil needs time to dry, so the painting itself reaches you about [3 to 4] weeks after that.
Do you ship? Yes. Shipping is added at cost, and the painting travels insured. Local clients can have it hand-delivered.
Is this therapy? No. It’s an artistic and reflective offering, not medical, psychological, or counseling care, and it doesn’t diagnose or predict anything. If you need support, please contact a qualified professional.
Do you share them? I may share paintings and their process, never with names or personal details, and I will remove anything you ask me to.
